Ham Glaze

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Corn Starch
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
  • 8 1/2 oz can Crushed Pineapple in it's own juice
  • 2 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Yellow Mustard

Cooking Instructions

Mix sugar ingredients in a sauce pan

Heat over medium heat stirring constantly until boils and thickens

Pour some over ham 20 minutes before done cooking. Put the rest in a gravy boat and serve
