Hawaiin Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked cold white rice
  • 1 med green pepper chopped
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 8oz can pinapple chunks, drained
  • 2 small hot peppers, minced
  • 1 tbl olive or canolla oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced or to taste
  • 2 tsps soy sauce

Cooking Instructions

heat oil in wok or skillet.....add garlic...cook 1 minute ...do not let burn....add peppers and onions...stir fry 2-3 minutes...add mushrooms...stir fry 2-3 more minutes....add pinapple.....stir to mix 1 minute....add rice.....stir frying til rice an vegetables mixed an heated thru...add soy and mix too combine all ingredients.....serve and enjoy

jallapeno, serano or thai chiles to taste or red pepper flakes in place of them
