Ingredients

  • 2 Med. Peppers
  • 1 Pack Mushrooms
  • 2 Whole Zuccini
  • 1 Whole Squash
  • 1/2 Small Red Onion
  • 1 Stalk Carrot
  • 1 Small Eggplant
  • 1 Small Jack Cheese
  • 1 Pack Whole Wheat Pitas

Cooking Instructions

Clean and cut all vegetables.

One drop olive oil into the

frying pan spread all over

with fingers . Add cleaned

vegetables when pan is

heated stir fry until soft.

Remove and place on paper towels.

Grate cheese on stringy side.

One drop of olive oil on pita

spread all over the pita.

Before turning to cook the

other side add one drop on raw

side spread all over and turn

over. Add vegetables to half

of the pita and sprinkle cheese

fold to cover vegetables.

When cheese is melted remove

from frying pan into a plate.

Cut how ever you like cool

two minutes...ENJOY!!!

Recipe Notes

Pita, I prefer whole wheat. Also, you can choose any color peppers, I chose yellow and green, completely different tastes. You can remove the skins from the vegetables or leave them on , If they are waxy I take It off. You can choose any cheese.
