Combine meat and cook until done. Draine well. Return to skillet.
add chopped onion, red bell pepper, and garlic to meat and saute' until red bell pepper is tender. Add remaining seasonings.
add tomatoe paste, mixing well, then add large can petite diced tomatoes.
Add 2 jars of ragu spaghetti sauce. a little water to get all of the spaghetti sauce out of the jars.
add wine.
Simmer for 1 1/2 hours stirring every 20 minutes as needed
Break spaghetti into 3" pieces and add to boiling water. Cook until done. Drain and rinse with warm water remove starch. Drain well and return to pot.
Add spaghetti sauce to the noodles and stir well. Serve with garlic toast
