Heirloom Caprese Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 lb assorted heirloom tomatoes
  • 1/2 lb fresh buffalo mozzarella
  • 1 bunch basil
  • olive oil
  • kosher salt

Cooking Instructions

Slice tomatoes to 1/2 inch and mozzarella to 1/4 inch.

Layer slices on a plate sprinkle with shredded basil leaves and kosher salt (to taste) and drizzle with olive oil.

Serve.
