Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh flatleaf parsley
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh dill, chervil or tarragon
  • 1/4 lb unsalted butter, at room temperature

Cooking Instructions

Mix the chopped herbs and softened butter, by hand or in the bowl of a food processor, until well blended. Refrigerate, covered, until ready to use.

The butter will keep for up to 2 days in the refrigerator. To keep longer, freeze. Bring to room temperature before using.
