chop or cube boneless chicken boil in about 2 cups of water in large sauce pan for about 20 min.stir occasionally.
while chichen is cooking chop onion and saute in butter until onions are clear, add sage or poultry seasoning
add sauted onions to boneless chicken, add cream soup mix well ,then add drained mixed vegetables. mixture should be soupy if not additional water may be added
spray caserole dish with cooking spray, pour mixture in dish add dry stuffing mix to top evenly press down slightly so that dry mix absorbs moisture. cover
bake at 350 for 20 min.
chicken broth may be used instead of water,
