Herb Grilled Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Swanson® Chicken Broth (regular, Natural Goodnessâ„¢ or Certified Organic)
  • 1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves , crushed
  • 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1 large red onion , thickly sliced
  • 1 large green pepper or 1 red pepper
  • 1 medium zucchini or 1 yellow squash
  • 2 cups large mushrooms

Cooking Instructions

MIX broth, thyme and black pepper. Brush vegetables with broth mixture.

GRILL vegetables 10 min. or until tender, turning and brushing often with broth mixture.
