Herb Mustard Coated Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 2 tbls Dijon mustard (or honey mustard)
  • 2 tbls Italian Dressing
  • 1 Dash Garlic
  • 1/2 cup Italian Bread Crumbs
  • 2 tbls butter

Cooking Instructions

Heat oven to 425 degree. Spray cookie sheet with non-stick coating.

In small bowl combine mustard, salad dressing and garlic. Mix well. In another bowl combine bread crumbs and melted butter. Mix well.

Dip chicken in mustard mixture on both sides, then dip in bread crumbs. Place in pan and spray lightly with nonstick cooking spray (for moisture and browning).

Bake at 425 for 20 minutes or until juices run clear. Serve with a tossed salad!
