Saute the bell peppers onions and celery in a little water for 4 minutes or until tender. ( a good food processor for chopping, if you have that option, to a finely chopped texture, NOT pureed, that cooks too quickly.)
Add all spices except salt. Add oil. Sprinkle flour over mixture and stir. Add vegetable stock and heat. I Knorr Vegetable boullion cubes. Season with salt to taste and you can play with other spices and herbs at this time too. I usually add a few shakes of tabasco.
Add ravioli and simmer for about 15 minutes or until tender.
Fine Herbs can be found in most large grocery stores or Italian Seasoning.
