1. Cook the pasta according to the directions on the package and drain. Steam the spinach until it becomes wilted.
2. Heat the oil in a nonstick skillet. Sauté the onion until it becomes soft.
3. Put the spinach onion parsley basil oregano nutmeg salt and pepper in a blender. Pulse to puree.
4. Put the pasta in a bowl and pour the mixture into the bowl. Toss to mix. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top.
