  • 1/2 cup stick butter*
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh or 1 tsp dried herb leaves (basil, chives, oregano, savory, tarragon or thyme)
  • 2 tsp lemon juice

Cooking Instructions

1. Melt butter in heavy 1-quart saucepan or 8-inch skillet over medium heat.

2. Stir in lemon juice and herb leaves. Serve over vegetables or with fish, seafood or meat.
