METHOD:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Over medium heat, sear salmon in a pan. Brush hoisin sauce on one side of each fillet. Finish in the oven until medium rare to medium, approximately 6 minutes.
In a blender, combine the garlic, eggs, vinegar, yuzu, soy sauce, sesame oil and honey. Mix on medium speed while slowly adding the vegetable oil until emulsified. Toss greens with vinaigrette and distribute evenly in 4 salad bowls. Top each with a salmon fillet.
Round Out the Meal:
With steamed brown rice and steamed edamame.
