make sure the cream cheese has been out at room temperature for at least an hour. chop the onion and peppers into small pieces. addo to soften cream cheese the lemon juice and worestershire sauce, then add the chopped veggies and shredded cheese. Mix it all together and shape into round ball or two smaller balls.
Chop the pecans finely and place spread out on wax paper or foil and then roll the cheese ball into the nuts on all sides, Let sit in refrigator for at least one hour or more. Enjoy with crackers of any kind.
