Holiday Egg Nog

Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 oz. sugar
  • 1/4 t. Nutmeg
  • 2 oz. Brandy or whiskey
  • 1 oz. Spiced rum
  • 8 oz. Whole milk
  • 2 oz. Light cream

Cooking Instructions

This recipe serves two gererously. It is easily multiplied depending on the size of your blender.

Beat eggs in blender at medium speed. Slowly add sugar and blend for one additional minute.

Add nutmeg, brandy rum milk and cream while blender is still running.

Chill and serve with sprinkle of nutmeg.
