Combine butter and sugars. Beat in eggs. Add flour that has been sifted three times with cinnamon and soda. Mix in almonds. Pat into two rolls and wrap in wax paper. Store in the refrigerator overnight, or until ready to use. Cut crosswise into quarter-inch slices and place on greased cookie sheets. Bake at 375F for about 8 minutes.
