Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup ketchip or tomato paste
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened apple cider
  • 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
  • 2 tablespoons molasses
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Cooking Instructions

Combine all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth.

Simmer in a saucepan, uncovered, for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring often, until thickened.
