FIRST: Whisk all ingredients and marinate salmon, pork, chicken, or beef for at least 15 minutes before grilling. For thicker cuts of meat it is best to brush the marinade on during the last few minutes of grilling instead of pre-marinating the meat. This prevents charring and creates a nice caramelization.
This marinade has the perfect balance of sweet and salty. It is delicious on salmon, pork, chicken, and beef and uses ingredients that most cooks already have on hand.
