Honey Dijon Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 1 tbsp. margarine
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 can Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • 1 tbsp. each country-style Dijon mustard and dry white wine
  • 1 tsp. each dried parsley flakes and brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp. dried tarragon leaves , crushed
  • dash garlic powder
  • 4 cups hot cooked rice
  • 1/4 cup chopped toasted pecans or 0 cup walnuts

Cooking Instructions

HEAT butter in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned.

ADD soup, milk, honey, mustard, wine, parsley, sugar, onion powder, tarragon and garlic powder. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 min. or until done. Serve with rice. Sprinkle with pecans.
