Honey Walnut Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/3 c Honey
  • 1/2 c light mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c chopped walnuts
  • 3 cor unpeeled red apples, chopped
  • 2 bananas sliced
  • 11 oz can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 c seedless grapes
  • 1 c shredded lettuce
  • 1 tbl lemon juice

Cooking Instructions

Blend honey and mayonnaise until smooth. Toss remaiing ingredients with lemon jice. Stir in honey mixture and refrigerate until ready to serve.

yummy

Made for Valentines day. This salad was so tasty. Does not hold up for long. Two days later the left overs are alittle mushy. The evening of the meal was great.
