Spicy Horseradish Coleslaw

Absolutely Awesome !!! Several key elements : (1) combo of equal parts Red and Green Cabbage (rather than just small amt of Red for decoration) (2) cucumber AND jalapeno (both great touches and I would not have thought of these for cole slaw ingredients) (3) CREOLE mustard AND sour cream (4) precise combining ingredients by groups and adding in stages (esp. chilling cabbage/cole slaw before adding mayo mix) Really fine with prepared Horseradish and probably even better yet with freshly grated. I had tried adding HR to coleslaw before but mine was overpowering. Added ingredients in this recipe achieve balance. Thanks !
