Ingredients

  • 2 c15 oz cans Artichoke Hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 4 oz. can Diced Green Chili's
  • 1 cup Lump Crabmeat
  • 1 cup Whole Egg Mayonaise
  • 1 Tsp Hot Sauce
  • 1 T Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Cooking Instructions

Mix all ingrediants together, except for shredded parmesan. Sprinkle with shredded parmesan before baking. Place in a 9 inch baking dish or pie plate and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, or until bubbling and golden brown. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.

Stunning!

With or without the crabmeat, this hot artichoke dip is delicious. Served with blue corn tortilla chips or artisan crackers, it is a delight to the palette!
