Hot Banana Pepper Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 banana peppers
  • 2 cups grated italian cheeses, mozzerella, parmesan, asiago
  • 1/2 cup crumbly gorganzola or blu cheese
  • 3 8 oz pkgs of cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs if desired

Cooking Instructions

chop peppers

soften cream cheese

mix in all cheeses

mix in peppers

top with breadcrumbs

Bake at 450 for 1/2 hr

Recipe Notes

Serve with Triscuits or Corn Chips or crackers.
