Spread each wrap or tortilla with 11⁄2 tsp honey mustard. Top each evenly with 1⁄3 cup cheese, 1⁄2 cup ham, 2 Tbsp scallion, then 1⁄4 cup sauerkraut. Roll up tightly and place seam side down on a large microwave-safe plate.
Cover with vented plastic wrap and microwave on high 2 to 3 minutes or until wraps are hot. To serve, cut each in half.
