Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp slivered orange peel
  • 1 tbsp brandy or rum or 1 tsp vanilla, approximately
  • 1 can whole apricots, pitted
  • 1 can Bing cherries
  • 1 can pears

Cooking Instructions

Drain the juice from the cans. Add to the juice the slivered orange peel, and simmer gently for 30 minutes. Add the fruit and the brandy, rum, or vanilla, and heat through.
