hot mustard sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dry mustard
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp. horseradish
  • 1 cup dark vinegar
  • 2 eggs well beaten

Cooking Instructions

soak mustard and vinegar overnight in refrigerator

into well beaten eggs add sugar

cook in double broiler, stirring constantly, until thick

remove from heat, add horseradish

beat until smooth

great with Beef sticks!!!!
