  • Mint sprigs or bruised mint leaves
  • Sugar or honey
  • 1 tsp rum per serving

Cooking Instructions

Prepare the tea (see How to Brew Tea, p. 31), using twice the quantity of leaves suggested. Stir, strain, and let cool to room temperature. Pour over ice cubes in tall glasses.
