Ingredients

  • 4 1/2 Whole Potatos (boiled, steamed or coarsely mashed)
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 large cooking apples
  • thyme
  • Salt and Pepper

Cooking Instructions

Directions 1Add the butter to the potato. 2Add chopped onion. 3Stir in apples, herbs salt and pepper. 4Stir well. 5Cook with chosen meat.
