
In medium skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add carrots, zucchini and onion and cook until tender-crisp.
Add tomato juice, cheese, oregano and garlic powder. Heat to a boil. Reduce heat to a low. Cover and cook 5 min. or until vegetables are tender.
Add macaroni. Heat through, stirring occasionally.
