Ingredients

  • 1/2 Medium Onion cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 2 Stalks of Celery sliced
  • 12 Sprigs Parsley
  • 1/2 Green Bell Pepper seeded and cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 2 1-lb Cans of Tomatoes
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Chili Powder
  • 2 dashes Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 cup Instant Rice
  • 4 cups Salad Shrimp

Cooking Instructions

Place Vegetables, Salt, Chili Powder and Cayenne Pepper in blender and blend until liquified.

Pour mixture into a large pan and heat until boiling.

Add Rice and Salad Shrimp, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
