Blend lemon juice with condensed milk. Stir to thicken.
Whip cream and extracts until stiff peaks form. Fold into milk mixture
Spoon into pie shell and top with pie filling
Refrigerate for 4 hours before serving.
My mom introduced this recipe to us during the Christmas holidays in 1965. Not only was it beautiful to look at, but the combination of flavors was amazing! I've been making it ever since, with several variations in toppings.
