Ingredients

  • 1 can Creamed Corn
  • 1 can Whole kernel corn
  • 1 Con 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 stick butter

Cooking Instructions

Mix all together and sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese

Bake at 350 degrees F. for one hour - until golden brown

Something missing?

There are no eggs in the ingredients. Is this ok? Every other recipe seems to think they are necessary. Were they forgotten or seriously not used? Someone please answer this. thank you.

I used 1 cup of cheddar cheese for the topping, put on the last 5 min. of baking

SO SIMPLE TO MAKE AND SO DELICIOUS. A REAL HOLIDAY FAVORITE. MY HUBBY LOVED IT. TRIED IT FOR US BEFORE MAKING IT FOR THE CHILDREN

amazing....and simple!

i had the night off from work the other evening and i decided to cook. i stumbled upon this recipe and decided to cook it... WOW. this corn casserole is amazing. the flavor is phenomenal and it is soooo simple to make. i can't wait to have it again!

Delicious and Easy

We had this at a holiday party over the weekend and it was the hit of the party. This is the exact recipe the hostess gave us when we asked for it. It looks super easy and it was such a big hit.
