Cooking Instructions

Any steak: Pierce steak several times.1,tblsp. :Sherry wine:1,tblsp.Worcestershire:Sprinkle garlic salt: Also meat tenderizer.Marinate 4-6 hours in fridg. before grilling

Recipe Notes

I only charcoal with mesquite chips. Also may Burgundy wine for more beefy flavor. My favorite steak: Thick ribeye or NY Strip
