Ingredients

  • 2 Lbs Boneless skinless Chicken Breast
  • /4 Cup Olive oil
  • 2 Cups Chopped onion
  • 2 Cloves Garlic minced
  • Tbsp Paprika
  • /2 Tsp Gingerroot minced
  • /2 Tsp Coriander
  • Tsp Salt
  • Tsp Tumeric
  • Tsp Cumin
  • /2 Tsp Cardoman
  • /4 Tsp Cinnamon
  • /4 Tsp Black pepper
  • /4 Tsp Clove crushed
  • Cup Yogurt or Buttermilk
  • /3 Cup Tomato Paste

Cooking Instructions

In a large skillet brown chicken in olive oil under medium heat then remove and set aside.

Cook garlic until tender and then add the spices. Stir in yogurt or the buttermilk and tomato paste. When all ingredients are thoroughly blended add chicken cover and simmer for about 30 minutes until tender.
