1. Saute the bacon in a medium skillet until crisp. Drain on paper towels. Crumble and reserve. Reserve the bacon drippings.
2. Combine the kale with the cabbage, red onion, tomato, green pepper, and red pepper in a large bowl. Lightly toss.
3. Combine the mayonnaise with the sour cream in a medium bowl. Beat in the reserved bacon drippings, the mustard, curry powder, milk, vinegar, and salt and pepper to taste. Pour the dressing over the salad. Toss until well mixed. Sprinkle with the reserved bacon and the chopped parsley. Serve at room temperature.
