Prepare ribs the night before by taking off the membrane and dusting with your favorite rub cover with plastic wrap.
Right from the fridge to a shallow pan meat side up. Cover the ribs with bourbon and apple juice.Rub the top with chopped garlic place in the oven for 31/2 hours.
Preheat the grill
Mix 1/4 cup of more bourbon with your favorite BBQ sauce ( I like KC Masterpiece) cover the ribs with the mixture. Put ribs on the grill for 15 min remove and rest 15 min before cutting. ENJOY!
