Boil 1 cup of bottled black cherry juice remove from heat and stir in one packet of black cherry gelatin until dissolved.
Stir in 3/4 cup Coca Cola (or RC if that's how you roll - no judgements) and place in fridge until semi-set.
Stir in 1/2 cup ricotta cheese 1/2 cup chopped pecans one can of drained crushed pineapple and pour into a greased mold. Ideally heart-shaped.
Let it set and then upend onto a red plate and walk cackling into the living room and terrify your sleeping husband/roommate/dog.
Enjoy - 'cause it's actually incredibly tasty, even if not especially attractive.
