Kohlrabi with Horseradish

Ingredients

  • 4 or 5 kohlrabi, about 1 pound, peeled
  • 2 to 4 tbsp crème fraîche or sour cream
  • Prepared horseradish in vinegar
  • 2 tsp chopped dill
  • Salt and freshly milled pepper

Cooking Instructions

Slice the kohlrabi into julienne strips or wedges. Steam until tender, 5 to 8 minutes, then remove to a bowl and toss with the crème fraîche, horseradish, and dill. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
