Ingredients

  • 1 c Apple Juice
  • 1/2 c Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp. Sesame Oil
  • 1/3 c Sugar
  • 6 Cloves Garlic- Minced
  • 5 Scallions- thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp. Toasted Sesame Seeds
  • 1 1/2 Ground Pepper
  • 5 Boneless Rib Eye Steaks - 1/2" thick
  • Lettuce for Serving
  • Rice for Serving

Cooking Instructions

In a large bowl whisk the apple juice, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, garlic, scallions, sesame seeds and pepper. Add the steak and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

In a large skillet cook meat. Stir fry for about 2 minutes until meat is medium rare. Serve with lettuce and rice.
