Kristinas famous potatoe skins!!

Ingredients

  • bag mix off mozz and cheddar cheese or just cheddar
  • dash a dash of garlic powder,onion powder, paprika
  • 5 5 good sized idaho potatoes
  • pkg. bacon/the more bacon you like the more you

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees cook potatoes about 40 min or until potatoes are done. take potatoes out and let cool for at least 20 min -while potatoes are cooling cook up some bacon until crispy and brown Do not over cook! transfer to plate with paper towel and let drain then crumble bacon( set aside) cut potatoes in half lengthwise and scoop out most of pulp leaving some not much though -mix the bag of cheese with spices mix together well you dont have to add spices but it gives it better flavor -line skins on baking sheet and fill with a good amount of cheese and place crumbled bacon bits on top -cook until cheese is all the way melted and nicely browned on top enjoy !!!!
