Place the turkey in a bowl and add all of the ingredients. Mix throughly with your hands or the back of a wooden spoon. Cover with plastic wrap and let it rest in the fridge for about 20 min.
While the mixture is in the fridge, I preheat my George Foreman Grill. As my grill comes up to temp. I take the mixture out of the fridge and split it into four patties.
I give the grill a quick spritz of non-stick cooking spray and place my four patties on the grill. I cook them for approx. 15 min until done.
Serve on toasted buns with the regular burger toppings or you can go full Kung Fu and top with an Asian Slaw or Ketchup mixed up with the Siracha hot sauce.

Tasty Burger with a TwistI like making these because they spice up the typical burger with non-typical flavors. The oil in it gives a better flavor, while the ginger and garlic take you to a new burger spot. |
