Laid back Lucious Lasagna

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Lasagna Noodles
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 container Cottage Cheese (optional)
  • 8 cups Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 lbs Hamburger meat
  • 3 26 oz.jars Spaghetti sauce

Cooking Instructions

Add 3 quarts of water to a large pot. Bring to a boil.Add lasagna noodes and salt to water and stir.

Boil for about 10 minutes watching closely . Will stick very easily

Drain. Lay lasagna noodles on wax paper to dry

Pre heat oven to 425 degrees

Meanwhile brown hamburger meat and drain

add sauce to hamburger and stir and heat . Remove from heat.

On bottom of 13x9 pan spray non stick cooking spray .Put 1st layer of lasagna noodles down . 3 strips will cover bottom of pan

Then spread a thin layer of cottage cheese about 1/2 of your container then layer mozzarella.cheese. If not using cottage cheese then just a little more mozzarella

Then layer 1/4 of sauce

Then add lasagna noodles cheese and sauce again

Finally Top with mozzarella cheeseYour first masterpiece is finished.

Repeat steps 7-11 in second pan

Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until cheese is a golden brown on top.

Let cool for about 20 miutes and then serve when ready.

Great as leftovers
