Lamb Burgers

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 lbs ground lamb (750 g)
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2 tbsp tahini (25 ml)
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (15 ml)
  • 1 tbsp chopped cilantro (15 ml)
  • 1 tsp salt (5 ml)
  • 1/4 tsp pepper (1 ml)
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese (125 ml)
  • 3/4 to 1 cup dried bread crumbs (175 to 250 ml)

Cooking Instructions

Mix together all the ingredients until well blended. Divide the mixture evenly and shape into patties.

Place on the upper grill over medium heat, turning halfway through cooking time.

Serve on buttered toasted buns. Heat the buns on the upper rack while cooking second side of burgers.
