Mix Marinade ingredients in a large ziptop plastic food bag. Add chops, press air from bag, seal bag and turn to coat chops. Refrigerate at least 1/2 hour or up to 1 day.
Heat barbecue grill or ridged grill pan. Remove chops from bag; shake off excess marinade. Discard marinade.
Grill the chops 5 to 6 minutes per side for medium.
