cut lamb in 1/2 inches size, in a small sauce pan brown onion,garlic about 2 minutes,add lamb,orange juice, 1/2 pound of baby carrots,1/2 pound diced pototoes, thyme,let simmer for 20 minutes add salt ,black pepper if you desire.
This is a delicious served whit rice or mashed pototoes
