Layered Turkey and Stuffing Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cups boiling water
  • 1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine
  • 4 cups Pepperidge Farm® Herb Seasoned Stuffing
  • 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 lb. ground turkey or 0 turkey
  • 1 stalk celery , chopped (about 1/2 cup)
  • 1 small onion , chopped (about 1/2 cup)
  • 1 jar (12 ounces) Campbell's® Slow Roast Turkey Gravy

Cooking Instructions

In large bowl mix water and butter in a large bowl. Add stuffing. Mix lightly. Spoon into 2-quart shallow baking dish.

In medium skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. Add turkey, celery and onion and cook until turkey is no longer pink, stirring to separate. Pour off fat.

Spoon turkey mixture over stuffing. Pour gravy over turkey mixture. Bake at 350°F. for 30 minutes or until hot.
