Lemon Herb Bowtie Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 box bowtie pasta
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2-3 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 3-4 tbsp lemon juice
  • pinch salt to taste

Cooking Instructions

Boil noodles in salted water. Drain and rinse them.

Return pasta to pan, drizzle with olive oil until pasta is coated, stir in Italian seasoning and squeeze lemon for one quick pour around pot.

Test-taste and adjust ingredients amounts to your preferences.

Recipe Notes

This is great because it's so simple, not a lot goes into it but it comes out tasting great. It's so flavorful and light and, therefore, healthy. Not to mention it only takes about 15 minutes!
