
SEASON chicken with garlic.
SPRAY skillet with vegetable cooking spray and heat 1 min. Add chicken and cook until browned.
ADD soup, milk, lemon juice, basil and vegetables. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 10 min. or until done.

I used evaporated milk that I had left over for the 1/2 cup milk. It probably added some thickness and creaminess to the sauce. All & all an excellent new way to fix chicken that everyone liked. |
