Lemon-Herb Marinade

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup dry vermouth
  • 2 Tbs. dried rosemary, crumbled
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper

Cooking Instructions

Whisk all the ingredients in a bowl to blend. This marinade can be made up to 2 days ahead of time and kept covered in the refrigerator. Bring to room temperature before using.
