Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1 12 oz can frozen lemonade, thawed
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 4 6 oz salmon fillets

Cooking Instructions

mix mayo, 3 Tbl lemonade concentrate an pepper...... mix well an chill......add the rest of lemonade concentrate an water in pan.....bring to boil over low heat....add salmon....turn heat down to simmer.....cover an cook for 12 minutes....remove salmon...cool to room temp......serve with cold sauce over top

also good to chill salmon over nite and seve on lettuce with sauce for a cool lunch
